G.D. Goenka Public School, Dharamshala opened the gates of its campus on February, 2016 to its co-educational intake of students. We are an institute with intentional standards in education, co-scholastic activities, sports, infrastructure and facilities that embrace the demands of modern curriculum. Located at an ideal location between Dharamshala and Kangra near Dhauladhar ranges, the school has been constructed on more than four acre campus that is conducive to the students learning and development process.

G.D. Goenka Public School, Dharamshala has embraced technology and provides an infrastructure in a manner characteristic of a very few city schools on the country.

Learning Environment:

The campus has been thoughtfully designed to create a dynamic environment which triggers learning and facilities the teaching process. It has been designed to miniscule details and addresses the contemporary need of the learners.

Air conditioned classrooms, laboratories, activity rooms etc. are designed for greater efficiency and to protect children of tender age from air and noise pollution. It also provides the wards of NRIs an environment equal to the best anywhere in the world. To overcome the problem of heavy bags being carried by students, the School provides open shelves (pigeon holes) to each pupil within the classroom. A teacher – student ratio of 1:18 ensures individual attention to the pupils. Our pupils are encouraged and guided to develop their analytical and problem solving skills. Special tutorial / remedial teaching both during and after school hours are arranged according to the need of each child.
